Animals are welcome, dogs only, no more than 2. Please add pet fee at time of booking. Property manager will add second pet fee when notified of a second pet coming. It is generously furnished and enjoys a convenient location for walking to 2 beach accesses. You can choose a more neighborhood setting at the Beaufort Ave./E. Boardwalk Blvd access or The Circle Regional Beach Access with a boardwalk, bathrooms, outside showers, parking, lifeguards, picnic tables, shopping, and eateries. Dog lovers can take their leashed dog to the beach, bring them back for a bath in the enormous hot/cold outside shower (dressing area and hose) then let them out in the completely fenced backyard to relax. A short drive takes you to the appealing towns of Morehead City, Beaufort waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. There is covered parking and a patio with furnishings and a swing. No boat, no problem- Many visitors express the convenience of staying in our Beau Coast community, because it has many activities/spaces to interest everybody. Grab your key fob to get in the buildings-Walk or drive to the extravagant pool, clubhouse, Traders, fish ponds, pickleball. The gorgeous post & beam Clubhouse has kitchen, seating areas, 2 TV's, books, Ping Pong table, Cornhole, etc. The charming pool also has cabaña style shaded areas & tables to get out of the sun. You can even work on your tan calming on the lounge chairs IN the water staying cool while enjoying your cold drink or book (no glass, please) while being part of your group. The opulent pool/Traders & neighborhood is a kid friendly place. There is a grille poolside to prepare lunch or dinner. There's a kayak launch dock at the pond as well. Feel complimentary to fish community ponds. You can get a fishing license at any marina, Walmart or tackle shop. Traders also has a glass enclosed office area if you need to do a little work away from your group. Appreciate a cool drink or hot coffee by the handsome fireplace, outdoor fire pit. There's a workout room/gym. Also, BC has a community Pickleball court (there should be rackets in our garage), community dock to fish, relax, etc. Adirondack chairs also on the lawn for relaxing, take a cool drink up there to watch the sun set, bird watch, look for horses on the island across the way. Day dock accepts pick up by boat & launch your kayak at the dock. You can walk, drive or take your golf cart to downtown Beaufort.
