This serene, private setting is ideal for those seeking tranquility and a deep connection with nature.BED CONFIGURATIONS:1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds WHAT IS PROVIDED:Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bagEach bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. The covered deck provides protection from the sun/rain and includes a picnic table for outdoor dining. A second picnic table, chairs and shower are located on a lower deck area reached by a private walkway. Weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, Dogs allowed (2 dog max.).

Our goal is to make this vacation one to remember and the reviews reflect it!The 4th floor has a additional room as well as king bedroom and bath. The vistas are impressive! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and 3 baths and some have vistas of the sound. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with counter seating. There is a porch and deck off this space for bird watching and looking at spectacular sunsets! The king bedroom offers sounds vistas and a huge bath. There is a half bath on this floor. The first floor has a two car garage with a Nema 14-50 for charging electric cars. There is also an elevator. There are many reasons you may be content to stay inside but you also have great options to get outside and appreciate everything Cottages at Bay Ridge in Atlantic Beach has to offer. The boardwalk (roughly one-third mile and right next to our home) which leads to a covered gazebo on our private island on the sound. Fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, or picnicking are all possibilities while appreciating the outdoor beauty. You are in walking distance to shopping, pool, eateries, bars and grocery store. We are accommodating and try to respond quickly if you have any questions.
