Our private beach access is just one block from the Bogue Inlet Pier with public bathrooms, a convenience store, Surf's Up ocean front restaurant, tackle shop and charming fishing!The master has a tempur-pedic hybrid california king with a base for raising and lowering head and feet! There a king in the first guest room and a queen in the second. New in 2023 a whole home water filtration and softening system. Kitchen and bathrooms refreshed in 2022. New appliances, cabinets, tile, kitchen countertop space tripled, master bath converted to a walk in shower, etc.! Brand new HVAC May 2022. The back deck and much of the backyard privacy fencing was replaced in 2020. In 2020, the entire private beach access boardwalk was replaced and the dock at the sound side Cedar Street Park was completely rebuilt. The sound side dock is just 0.2 miles from the home! This home was initially modernized in 2019 with brand new furnishings, floor and paint.
