Exclusive, complimentary, private ocean front gated parking lot with an outdoor shower and boardwalk to the beach. Avoid hordes, lines, and paying for parking! When headed to the beach with chairs, cooler, towels, etc it's nice to drive over and park ocean front! The home is 0.5 mi from the private beach access. So you can walk to it too. Our private beach access is just one block from the Bogue Inlet Pier with public bathrooms, a convenience store, Surf's Up ocean front restaurant, tackle shop and charming fishing!The master has a tempur-pedic hybrid california king with a base for raising and lowering head and feet! There a king in the first guest room and a queen in the second. New in 2023 a whole home water filtration and softening system. Kitchen and bathrooms refreshed in 2022. New appliances, cabinets, tile, kitchen countertop space tripled, master bath converted to a walk in shower, etc.! Brand new HVAC May 2022. The back deck and much of the backyard privacy fencing was replaced in 2020. In 2020, the entire private beach access boardwalk was replaced and the dock at the sound side Cedar Street Park was completely rebuilt. The sound side dock is just 0.2 miles from the home! This home was initially modernized in 2019 with brand new furnishings, floor and paint. While there will be a Vacation Rental By Owner fee at checkout, there will be no additional costs from the owner for linens, cleaning, crib or high chair.This property is thoroughly cleaned every week. The Lazy Livin is a private charter docked in the historic port town of Beaufort, North Carolina. We can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. Our standard charter begins with a cruise down Taylors Creek where you can take in views of luxury yachts docked on the Beaufort waterfront on the port side and Carrot island ponies and maritime forests on the starboard side. Then, we make our way to Shackelford Banks, part of th Cape Lookout National Seashore, where dolphin sightings are always enjoyed. So bring your camera!
