Freshly refreshed kitchen and bath! Our unit is a ground level condo which appears as a traditional townhome design. This unit sleeps a max. of six people. There are two bedrooms with one and half baths. There is a completely outfitted kitchen, dining and living areas. Each bedroom has a king size bed with one room having an additional day bed. The Living room has a fold out couch. There is complimentary WIFI and cable TV. The unit patio is adjacent to the pool and less than 100ft to the beach. The unit has a private upper deck off the owner bedroom. The patio leads to a enclosed inner court yard for all the units. We have an onsite manager that maintains the pool and grounds. There is a enormous community deck adjacent to the pool with outdoor shower areas. No family pets or smoking allowed.
