Appreciate gorgeous ocean vistas from nearly every room in this impressive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront duplex. With a reverse floor plan, you’ll find the main living area on the top floor, where an open, cavernous layout showcases beautiful ocean vistas. The completely refreshed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements include three King beds, a Queen bed, and a bunk bed (two singles) to comfortably accommodate everybody. The top floor offers a extravagant King Master suite with a private, updated bath, including a tiled walk-in shower. On the second level, there are two King bedrooms with access to a furnished, covered porch, an updated hall bath, and a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed, bunk beds, and a private bath. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

You’ll adore the simple access to the deck, where an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower is available. Conveniences include Wi-Fi, 5 TVs (1 with cable, 4 with Roku Spectrum streaming app), and a gas grille. Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) are supplied with beds made for your arrival.

Our typical rental schedule is Sunday to Sunday, with flexible stays available. Pet-friendly with a non-returnable pet fee of $250 per pet (max. of 2). Come relax and savor your coastal getaway!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.
