Welcome to this appealing, entirely restored historic home in New Bern. This marvelous property features a sizable master bedroom with a king bed and two closets, an refreshed bathroomwith a walk-in shower and one a completely equipped eat-in kitchen with all new appliances and a first floor laundry with washer and dryer. Conveniences like central AC, heating, ceiling fans and WIFI will add to your comfort. Extra high ceilings throughout the home add to a roomy feeling, and enormous living spaces, including a charming living room and formal dining room, provide room to spread out. Additional spaces include a covered front porch with rockers and a ceiling fan, a huge rear deck overlooking a private, fenced back yard. A private driveway provides tons of off street parking.

Our home is listed on the National Register of Historic places and is located on a peaceful street in the heart of the Riverside neighborhood, which is one of New Bern’s four historic residential sections, one block from the Neuse River and just a mile from downtown.
