You'll fall in adore with Atlantic Beach and our handsome home. At "Reel Adore" you don't have to break the bank to go on a summer beach vacation with your family that will create memories for a lifetime. Freshly refreshed (new appliances, new furnishings, new beds, new linens, new plates/glasses/silverware) fresh, open concept, lofted ceilings, sunny and cavernous, 3 story beach/fishing vacation townhouse with 3rd floor ocean and sound vistas located on a peaceful cul de sac with everything you need for a ideal beach vacation. Less than 5 min walk to a gorgeous, white sand Atlantic Beach or the marina.

Unit A is the far right unit. There are 2 balconies (top one with ocean vistas). It's just a short walk to the beach, the pier, eateries, and the marina! The deeded path between the homes leads you directly to the beach.
Layout:
3rd (top) Floor - Master bedroom #1 with full en suite bath. Entirely outfitted kitchen with all new appliances. Family room with plenty of comfortable seating, balcony with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, dining room table with seats 6 comfortably, with 4 additional seats at the bar/counter. Half bath.
2nd (middle) Floor - Master bedroom #2 with full en suite bath, private balcony, Intelligent TV, Two bedrooms - one queen, one with twin-over-full bunk, and additional full bath.
1st (bottom) Floor -Bath/laundry room - shower stall, sink, toilet.
Wood floors on third floor, ceramic tile on ground floor, brand new carpet in bedrooms.

Gas grille in back of unit available for use.

Driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars. Garage has space for one modest car. Per the town of Atlantic Beach, street parking is not allowed.

This home is equipped with intelligent TV's and wireless internet year round.
Our home is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED in between each guest. All hard and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized for your safety. All linens (including beach towels) are laundered and supplied to you but feel complimentary to bring your own if you prefer. This home is not 100% dander/pet allergen-complimentary due to service animals.

Ideal Beach Property for Families
My family had a incredible stay at this property. Short, simple walk to the beach and very close to all the action of Atlantic Beach. Our older teenagers were able to safely ride bicycles to the pier and surrounding areas. This home we very clean, had a well supplied kitchen and even had many games to choose from on the rainy days and nights. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and hope to visit again soon!

Great home and close to the beach!
This was the ideal hideaway for our family! The description was spot on and we were very happy with how roomy and clean the place was. It's a fast and painless walk to the beach, even with 4 kids, and there's an aquarium about 6 miles away that we really adored. We caught some fish and we cooked them on the gas grille supplied. We'll be booking again for sure.

Finest place we've stayed at in Atlantic Beach so far.
The home is very clean, bright and cozy. It was gorgeously appointed with all of the kitchen essentials we needed, tons of towels, blankets and pillows, and all the amenities of home. It was spacious enough to effortlessly accommodate our group. We especially appreciated the easy walk to the beach, how close we were to stores, eateries and the pier, as well as the peaceful location. Atlantic Beach is such a impressive beach year round. We'll definitely be back again to this home soon.

Absolutely delightful
This home was a handsome surprise. Stunning decorated and such a ideal location to all of our favorite eateries. So spacious and roomy, we were able to spread out and not be on top of each other but feel close at same time. Would definitely rent again

Peaceful Relaxing Stay!
The property is accurately depicted in the on-line description. The place was immaculate, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, plates, silverware and cooking pans, some appeared to be brand new! This is the first Vacation Rental By Owner we have done that had more hangers in the closets than I needed and I am a clothes horse…. At nighttime, the family room was comfortable with plenty of seating and the beds were just as comfortable. We used the big dining room table as a place to do puzzles! Great location! We walked to Amos Mosquitos and the Oceanana for sunset watching and outdoor beverages. Would recommend this place!
