Inside, you'll find three comfortable queen beds awaiting your weary head after a day of beachcombing or exploring close by attractions. Need additional sleeping space? No problem! The queen sleeper couch offers a cozy option for additional guests.

After a day of sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand and salt in the exhilarating outdoor shower, accepting you to entirely embrace the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're appreciating morning coffee on the balcony, whipping up a delicious meal in the completely equipped kitchen, or calming in the inviting living area, every moment in this condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
