Inside, you'll find three comfortable queen beds awaiting your weary head after a day of beachcombing or exploring close by attractions. Need additional sleeping space? No problem! The queen sleeper couch offers a cozy option for additional guests.

After a day of sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand and salt in the invigorating outdoor shower, accepting you to entirely embrace the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're appreciating morning coffee on the balcony, whipping up a delicious meal in the completely equipped kitchen, or calming in the inviting living area, every moment in this condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

Located just steps from the beach, you'll have painless access to sun, sand, and surf. And when you're ready to discover further, eateries, stores, and entertainment options are just a short drive away. Your coastal getaway awaits!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
