No family pets allowed (HOA restriction)

  • Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
