Emerald Isle was rated the best beach in NC by USA Today. Our condo, D-101, is a corner, first floor unit, which is clean, generously maintained and equipped, and newly modernized. We have comfortable furnishings, two balconies, only a few steps to the ocean front pool, and only a few steps to the beach! The price is lower than nearly any other comparable unit, since, being a first floor unit, the view of the ocean is limited--though the walk to the ocean is one of the shortest in the entire complex. We have local cleaners, maintenance people, and backup maintenance people to be available for any issues or emergencies. The owners' phone numbers are posted inside and we encourage our guests to call for any problems. We have keyless entry so you can go directly to the condo without waiting in line at the rental management company. And, upon departure, you don't have to go back to the management company to check out!The condo was newly refreshed with new floor throughout. There is a full service marina roughly 10 mins. away, where a wet boat slip on Bogue Sound can be rented by the day or week.
