Sitting gracefully on the edge of the oceanfront, the main home spans two levels, offering three lavish bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first floor hosts the first serene primary bedroom, while the second floor features an additional primary bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds. Each adorned with its own private balcony overlooking the azure waters.

The roomy living area seamlessly integrates with the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with sleek appliances and minimalist aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to dance across the polished surfaces, creating an ambiance of tranquility and warmth.

A separate studio, located just steps away from the main home, offers a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used
-Effective on any reservations starting 7.25.24 family pets are no longer allowed

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
