Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a charming dining area and finished with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Unwind with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the vistas of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.Please Note:-Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the check-in office to pick up overflow parking pass and garage door opener.-PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Three Car Max (up to 2 in the garage and 1 in the Palm Cottage Overflow Parking directly across from unit in the corresponding space)-Please use the dumpster at Hang 10 Doughnuts to dispose of Trash during your stay.Please Note:(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
