Come savor our little slice of heaven at Pennies From Heaven a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Almost Oceanfront Vacation Home, located in the secluded area of the island called The Point. The Point is the ideal place for shelling, surf fishing and secluded beach walks! Pennies From Heaven offers Ocean, Sound and Inlet vistas and is roughly 350 ft. to the ocean! Simple beach access is just across the street (see photos)! Savor the phenomenal ocean breeze of the Crystal Coast on the Open and Covered Decks! If you'd rather be web-surfing than ocean surfing, no worries! Pennies From Heaven provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access! Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Bedrooms #1 and #2 have Queen beds. Bedroom #3 1 Double/Twin Bunk. Level Two: Living Area. Handsomely-decorated Living Room, with a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV and Oceanview Bistro seating for two. Dining with seating for eight, and additional Bar seating for four. Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Microwave and Icemaker. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
