The Point is the ideal place for shelling, surf fishing and secluded beach walks! Pennies From Heaven offers Ocean, Sound and Inlet vistas and is roughly 350 ft. to the ocean! Simple beach access is just across the street (see photos)! Savor the phenomenal ocean breeze of the Crystal Coast on the Open and Covered Decks! If you'd rather be web-surfing than ocean surfing, no worries! Pennies From Heaven provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access! Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Bedrooms #1 and #2 have Queen beds. Bedroom #3 1 Double/Twin Bunk. Level Two: Living Area. Handsomely-decorated Living Room, with a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV and Oceanview Bistro seating for two. Dining with seating for eight, and additional Bar seating for four. Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Microwave and Icemaker. Located by the ocean, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property.   • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
