This unit has elegant vistas of the sound and offers convenient access to the beach. Sit on the back patio or on the private dock and savor the serenity.A grille and fire pit are included, as well as, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.Private dock (shared with Coastal A) is for fishing and sitting only. NO boat docking at this time.Guest accessGuests have access to all parts of the duplex, a private patio and outdoor shower. Parking is in front of the unit on a paved area.The dock is shared between both rental units.
