Sit down and take a load off in this charmingly furnished, oceanfront condo at Sands Villa Resort!


Sands Villa 121 is located on the first floor of this handsome, oceanfront complex. Imagine yourself floating around the community's outdoor swimming pool in the shining summer sun or immersing yourself in the cool, invigorating waters of the indoor pool. Once you and the kids are good and water-logged, head to the playground to run off some energy, try out the basketball and tennis courts, or follow the walkway to the beach for a little fun in the sand.


When it’s time to relax, catch the elevator back to the condo. You can prepare a delicious meal in the entirely equipped kitchen with granite countertops or do a little grilling in the courtyard on the gas and charcoal grilles. You’ll find a dining table with seating for four and additional seating at the counter. After dinner, sit back on the couch, catch up on some reading or on your favorite TV show on the 42-inch flatscreen TV, or watch the ocean waves from the oceanfront balcony.


When it’s time to turn in, the bedrooms include a primary suite with a 32-inch flatscreen TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private oceanfront balcony. The two other bedrooms have 22-inch flatscreen TVs of their own. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi throughout.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
