Bring your whole family to this cavernous three bedroom home with plenty of off street parking. You are a few blocks away from Lawson Creek Park with plenty of public boat launches. You are also a short bicycle ride to downtown where you can experience Historical New Bern, local breweries, stores, and eateries. There is also plenty of public parking downtown if cycling is not your thing. Appreciate spending time with your family cooking outside on the patio. This place will not disappoint!!

About the Area

Located in New Bern, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a river. Tryon Palace and New Bern Civic Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at New Bern Grand Marina and Carolina Colours Golf Club.

When to visit New Bern & When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home:

Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
