Bring your whole family to this cavernous three bedroom home with plenty of off street parking. You are a few blocks away from Lawson Creek Park with plenty of public boat launches. You are also a short bicycle ride to downtown where you can experience Historical New Bern, local breweries, stores, and eateries. There is also plenty of public parking downtown if cycling is not your thing. Appreciate spending time with your family cooking outside on the patio. This place will not disappoint!!

About the Area

Located in New Bern, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a river. Tryon Palace and New Bern Civic Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at New Bern Grand Marina and Carolina Colours Golf Club.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Summer months are high season in New Bern. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
