Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a amazing beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-302 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the amazing vistas of the ocean from your private balcony! Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed, Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin Beds.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
