Handsomely appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home with many extras. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we are convenient to eateries, stores, grocery, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Public beach access is located at the end of the street, a leisurely 7 min. walk. Our home features premade beds, bath and kitchen linens, towel warmers, bidet, a wine/drink refrigerator, entirely equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are supplied.

We want our guests' stay to be convenient as possible, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, aluminum foil, cling wrap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags.

Pet Fee- $150 per animal, limit of 2 animals. Guests must notify owner within 3 days of making reservation to arrange payment of costs.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
