Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. Summer Winds A-402 is a gorgeously decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath, Fourth Floor, Direct Oceanfront Condo. Linens: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Sleep Couch. Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Color TV, 1 DVD Player, 1 Surround-Sound Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Covered Balcony, Beach Chairs also available for guests to use. Exterior Laundry with Washer/Dryer in Outdoor Storage.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. To book the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance.
