* Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.
* FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bicycle.  
* STAIRS: There are 25+ steep stairs with handrails to access the beach
* No security deposit is required.

HOME - things to know
* No EVENTS, events or sizable gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;
* MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels supplied for 6 people. 
* NO FAMILY PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.  
* Signed reservation agreement required.

HOME RULES
* Guest agrees to follow the Ocean Club RESORT and PARKING RULES monitored by on-site security;  Two (2) car parking permits supplied in the condo for placement in your automobile.
* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM.
* Follow CHECK-OUT steps. Treat the condo with respect please;
* NO SMOKING in condo unit or on attached deck.
