Our bespoke and roomy home is located in a peaceful neighborhood giving you a private getaway that is mins. from everything. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, has a long driveway providing plenty of options for parking and a completely fenced-in backyard for your dogs. Available starting in February 2024, the backyard is equipped with a new multi-level deck with an outdoor gas fire pit providing a private outdoor entertainment and dining space.

CasaVerde is a 3 min. walk through the neighborhood (not on busy roads) to the a public beach access. Our home is in Emerald Isle town center where you will find bars, eateries, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, water park, two grocery stores and Bogue Inlet Pier.

Bring your bicycles and ride on the bicycle path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle. After a day at the beach savor a fun game of pool in the game room, then relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit.

Want to discover the area? Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all painless drives and are fun to discover. Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Emerald Isle Woods Park is 1.5 miles away and offers hiking trails and disc-golf.

CasaVerde interior features a modern take on a mid-century, coastal design. Numerous upgrades have been made to make your experience comfortable and fun. The bespoke kitchen is well outfitted for the chef in your event. The up-to-date bathrooms feature nice finishes. The home has three intelligent-TVs and Wi-Fi. The extravagant primary bedroom features a king bed, intelligent-TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, opulent shower with dual showerheads and direct access to the screened in porch with the hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates 4 guests with two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with full over full bunk beds and a single trundle bed, and offers a intelligent-TV.

Other amenities supplied: entirely fenced in backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor firepit, screened in porch, hot tub, game room, corn-hole and other beach games, grille, and a beach wagon.

Please note: this property has surveillance devices on the exterior only and a intelligent doorbell which is used solely for security purposes.
