Savor a phenomenal week with fantastic vistas at this 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Oceanview home located in Emerald Isle! Seascape is a striking home with a reverse floor plan giving you magnificent vistas of the Atlantic from the living area located on the top floor. Your family will appreciate the open floor-plan of the main living area including living room, dining area and completely equipped kitchen including a bar. Step out on the cavernous deck directly from the living area and appreciate the ocean breeze. Appreciate evening dinners with the side of salty air at the dinning table with seating for 4. Additional seating for 2 at the bar and 2 at the breakfast table located in the kitchen. A Half Bath is located off of the main living area. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed and couch with direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. A full bathroom is located on near Bedroom #2 and #3 to share. 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Roku TV, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings. Fireplace not to be used.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
