Appreciate a magnificent week with fantastic vistas at this 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Oceanview home located in Emerald Isle! Seascape is a appealing home with a reverse floor plan giving you excellent vistas of the Atlantic from the living area located on the top floor. Your family will adore the open floor-plan of the main living area including living room, dining area and entirely equipped kitchen including a bar. Step out on the cavernous deck directly from the living area and appreciate the ocean breeze. Savor evening dinners with the side of salty air at the dinning table with seating for 4. Additional seating for 2 at the bar and 2 at the breakfast table located in the kitchen. A Half Bath is located off of the main living area. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed and couch with direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. A full bathroom is located on near Bedroom #2 and #3 to share. 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Roku TV, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings. Fireplace not to be used.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
