"Salty Sealutions" was newly refreshed and newly furnished early 2023. You will have everything you need to appreciate a week or just a few days of appreciating the beach life. Featuring an outdoor charcoal grille, hot and cold outside shower, and cavernous open family floor plan, it's the ideal space!

~1100 square feet of freshly modernized living space in a convenient location in Emerald Isle. Just a short walk to the beach and located just off the Emerald Isle bicycle path where you can savor a morning walk, job or bicycle ride.

Parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs. The driveway is shared with the south side of the duplex. There is additional street parking on the side yard.

• Summer is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
