Located in the coveted Ocean Ridge neighborhood of Atlantic Beach, Vance Cottage offers an unparalleled coastal living experience. This excellent oceanfront property features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, including an open kitchen and living room with gorgeous ocean vistas. The ground floor provides elegant entertainment options with a additional room featuring a ping pong table.
Step into the handsome formal living area, where striking ocean vistas greet you, complemented by an additional den on the main level. The heart of the home lies within the open kitchen, ideal for meal preparation and gathering with appreciated ones.
Accommodations are plentiful, starting with bedroom 1 on the third level, has a queen bed and en-suite bath for added luxury. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, complete with its own en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 provides a comfortable setup with a double bed and a twin bed, while bedroom 4 features a queen bed and a twin bed. Additionally, bedroom 5, located on the second floor, offers two twin beds.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
