Ground Floor: Rec Room with fooseball table.

First Floor: Bedroom#1-#3 are located on this floor, each with their own queen bed, dresser, intelligent TV, and deck access. Bedroom #1 and #2 shares a full bath. Bedroom #4 has two Twin/queen Bunk sets, dresser, and intelligent TV. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a full bath. Laundry Room is also located on this floor.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom #5 is located on this floor with a king bed, dresser, private bathroom & deck access. The kitchen and dining room are located on this floor with deck access, intelligent TV's, couches, and chairs.

No Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum (Last Minute and Off season Only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
