WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Crystal Coast attractions and restaurants.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have offers and deals for nearby shops and restaurants.

• Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
