Ground level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. Summer Winds A-207 is a 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area is gorgeously welcoming with a oceanside style and access to the balcony with Atlantic Ocean vistas.Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom #2 has a King bed, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Conveniences Include: 4 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered balcony with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
