Downtown's locally owned eateries and stores are mere mins. away, and other attractions like mini-golf and the local aquarium are also comfortably accessible. For those seeking outdoor adventures, Cedar Street Park, Blue Heron Park, Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier, and Emerald Isle Pier are all within a short distance, providing opportunities for fishing, picnicking, and kayaking. Tranquil Patsy Pond Nature Trail sets the stage for serene walks surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
