Miles of pristine beaches are within steps of the condo, offering simple access to the area's fun units and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, deep-sea fishing, and shelling. Also close by, discover the city's fashionable boardwalk, Fort Macon State Park, and a plethora of delicious local eateries and stores. The Sea Spray complex includes an outdoor swimming pool, a kiddie pool, shared charcoal grilles, and picnic tables. The complex also has an accessible ramp walkway to the beach.

At home, you'll find comfortable seating and a sizable TV in the roomy living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking modest snacks, or simply storing your leftovers. • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
• Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
