Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool (pools are closed in the off-season), there is no end of things to do at the resort. Ocean Club B 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the handsome Atlantic Ocean! This delightfully decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! Each building is equipped with an elevator. B 303 also has high speed, wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den also has a day bed with a Twin Trundle.

Additional Conveniences Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with numerous games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

Sticking to your budget:

  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
