Queens Court 2203 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo (located one building from the ocean) with handsome Ocean view. Appreciate a invigorating drink and the elegant vistas from the covered balcony! The Open concept Living Area offers direct access to the private covered balcony with furnishings. Dining Area host seating for 4. The Kitchen and Bar Area with seating for 2 also has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker Keurig Coffee Maker, & dishwasher. Community WIFI only - no in-unit WIFI supplied.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 Double Beds and access to the shared hall full bath. In-unit Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.
