Spectacular vistas of the ocean from the additional-enormous decks with plenty of comfortable porch furnishings for sunbathing. Located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and eat on the covered decks while still appreciating the ocean sights and sounds. Shared 28' x 14' swimming pool. All rooms - living areas and bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean. Dishwasher, washer/dryer (shared), Intelligent TVs throughout for streaming, wireless Internet access. Hot/cold outside showers. Ground level, shared game room with basketball and pool table leads directly to the pool deck. Weekly rental during summer months Saturday to Saturday. Three-nighttime minimum rental off-season. Available year-round. No smoking. Dogs allowed with a $200 non-returnable fee per pet (2 max., dogs only, definitely no cats). 4802 Ocean Drive. Downstairs, the East side bungalow is rented separately.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
