Currently being refreshed for 2021 Season! Southwinds A6 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with vistas of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. Please contact for prices on partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.   • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
