Gated community. Sorry no family pets! 121 East Sound of the Sea is an Angled Oceanfront 4 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath townhouse and is in the building closest to the Ocean! Three living levels and alluring ocean vistas!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 with Game area with Foosball Table, Flat Screen TV, and Double Twin Bunk Set. Full Bath. Washer & Dryer. Level One: Living Area with Flat Screen TV, Kitchen with French Door Fridge, dishwasher & microwave. Dining Area. Half Bath. Level Two: Bedroom #3 with King Bed, direct access to the outdoor deck and Flat screen TV. Bedroom #4 with Double Bed & Twin Bed and Flat Screen TV. Full Bath.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
