Inside, discover an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Promoting family time, this space is sizable enough for everybody to feel comfortable. Gather on the soft seating in the living room while streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Or, don your chef's hat and show off your culinary skills amongst the stainless steel appliances, wood countertops, and center island in the full kitchen. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the formal dining table or dine alfresco and continue to savor the sunshine on the home's patio.

Additionally, the sunroom offers a private space to sit, visit, and look out at the water, and the private washer/dryer ensures that chore time is the least of your concerns.

Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
