You'll find nothing but relaxation when you kick up your feet at Rest Ashore in impressive Emerald Isle. This freshly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the trendy gated Dolphin¡s Ridge subdivision.

Ground Floor: Bedroom #1 with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath.

Level One: Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, flat screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk set. This floor also has a bright and airy living area with access to the deck overlooking the (11¡x32¡) pool and a full bathroom. The living room is open to the modern kitchen, which features an island with seating for 4 and plenty of counter-space to whip up a seafood feast. The dining nook has seating for 4 as well.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom.

**Note: The garage is not included for guest use in the rental of this home.**

  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. Reserve your Crystal Coast rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
