Floor #2: Living area with relcining couches, TV; Dining Area with enormous table with 4 chairs and bench seating; Totally Equipped Kitchen with Fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, and Blender; Bathroom #3 with claw foot soaking tub; Outdoor Deck with high top table and chairs and rocking chairs.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your Crystal Coast vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
