Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room.. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

F-208 Pebble Beach is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Condo on two levels.

DOWNSTAIRS: The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch, Cathedral Ceiling and faces the indoor/outdoor pool. Balcony with furnishings is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the Loft Bedroom which has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

2 DVD players, Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Beach Chairs.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday.

Linens and Towels are supplied. (weekly stays only)

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Isle is home to this condo. Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Getting the best rental value:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Reserve your rental home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
