Totally refreshed in 2024 with freshly equipped kitchen, furnishings, and full-size washer dryer. Primary bedroom with King, private bath and deck access. Dishwasher, 3 Intelligent TVs for streaming (65" in living area), wireless Internet access. Water softener and reverse osmosis system. Covered decks with comfortable seating. Weekly only summer, three-nighttime minimum off-season. No smoking. No family pets.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. When to visit Emerald Isle & When to book:

  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
