Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Wet Bar. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and Flat Screen. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Master Bedroom shares balcony with Living Area. Both have Flat Screen TVs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share balcony.

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
