The main entry deck ramp makes for painless access into the open floorplan layout including the living area with Intelligent TV and Double Sleeper Couch; Wireless High Speed Internet; and well equipped Kitchen with Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, Wine Fridge, Ice Cream Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Blender, and Air Fryer!

Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with Queen bed, Intelligent TV, and private en suite bath with separate tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 provides a Double bed, Intelligent TV, and mermaid theme. Bedroom #3 offers a Twin over Double Bunk Bed and Intelligent TV. A shared full hall bath is also supplied.

Interior Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer for your convenience. Savor family time in the Rec/Game Room wih Intelligent TV, have your favorite beverages at the Tiki Bar, appreciate the oceanside breeze on the Screened Porch or Open Deck areas, and sit by the fireside at the Fire Pit in the Enclosed Yard. The Sun Room is an exterior room with a portable air conditioner that is designed to heat and cool the space. However, it is not expected to keep the room comfortable in extreme temperatures.

Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Book your vacation home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides have deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
