King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Spectacular refreshed condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is entirely equipped. Appreciate al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was remodeled in 2020 and includes all new floor, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Intelligent TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for cycling and running. Just a few mins. to eateries, grocery stores and more!

There is not an elevator and there is a modest flight of stairs before entering the condo.

Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Woods Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting.

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
