Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.

G-202 Pebble Beach is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath Second Floor Condo. It has a Queen Size bed as well as a Queen Size Sleeper Couch! Additional Conveniences: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, 2 DVD Players, Stereo/CD Player, Central Air/Heat, and An Open deck with a Table and 2 Chairs!

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
