Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.

G-202 Pebble Beach is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath Second Floor Condo. It has a Queen Size bed as well as a Queen Size Sleeper Couch! Additional Conveniences: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, 2 DVD Players, Stereo/CD Player, Central Air/Heat, and An Open deck with a Table and 2 Chairs!

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!

  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
