Glasshouse West is an Oceanfront Duplex with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths located in the photogenic Emerald Isle, on the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina. Breathtaking vistas and exceptional locale make this vacation rental a ideal place to spend your hard-earned vacation! In addition to the marvelous vistas, this home has a Hot Tub.

Additional amenities: 3 TVs (4K flatscreen with Blue-Ray in living room), Washer and Dryer, Luggage racks, and park-style grille (downstairs) with a separate entry, Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, 4 slice toaster, Open Deck, 6 foot picnic table on ocean front deck, Cold Outdoor Shower and Thermal heating and cooling. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes, Glasshouse East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. When to book & When to go:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
