Getting the best Atlantic Beach vacation home experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home:

  • The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your Crystal Coast rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Crystal Coast area visitor guides which include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Filter your rental search:

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Island Beach Racquet Club 303A, Oceanfront Condo in Atlantic Beach, NC! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property owner before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or costs might be applied to your contract.
  • Are you visiting for a single event? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

More considerations:

  • Get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of issues.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas upon your arrival. text the host immediately to record any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
