This Almost Oceanfront home is just begging you to come sit on the porch and savor the Aqua View! With its 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, it is ideal for a family vacation to Emerald Isle! Just across the street from the beach access for easiest access.

Linens: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and shared Bath with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and shared Bath with Bedroom #1.

Conveniences include: Wireless Internet Access, 4 TVs, 4 DVD Players, a Stereo/CD Player, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, an Outdoor Shower (cold only), and Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings. There is also the added benefit of a beach canopy for guest use!

Linens and Towels included with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays – No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday-Saturday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
