Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

D-202 Pebble Beach is a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Second-Floor Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has a covered oceanfront balcony with outdoor furnishings. Dining Area. Wet Bar. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences Supplied: LCD TV with HD Cable, 2 Color Cable TVs,1 DVD Player, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air, Flat Screen TV in Master Bedroom and Living Room.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
