Come join us in our Happy Place. This home is a striking place to relax and appreciate your family. Your view on the back deck looks over the creek and excellent for bird watching and just some tranquility and peaceful. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed. Upstairs are two other bedrooms. One for the kids with a queen on the bottom and single on top with a trundle bed to pull out if needed. The other with a queen also. The living room and kitchen are open concept with a handsome view of the landscape through the glass back doors. You are only 1/2 mile from the ocean and two blocks from the sound. Appreciate the use of the 4 seater golf cart to ride to both. Come savor our pretty Crystal Coast!

Reserve your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
