Revel in high-speed internet and cable TV for a calming beachside life. Parlor by the pool or relax in the sand. While the unit has NO VIEW (it's in a breezeway), the beach is just 50 steps away! Book now for a memorable oceanside escape. Make our studio condo your home away from home.

No stairs in! Located on the first floor, this unit is simple access from the parking lot.

We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee covers your linens, deep cleaning, and sanitizing for your safety.

NOTES:
We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

You'll find your stay to be painless, with access to all that you need for a nice relaxing get away (or peaceful work space with high-speed internet). A door code will be emailed to you when you book for easy entrance on your schedule (any time after 3 pm on the day you book). Full instructions, info, and a parking pass are included in a guest book in the living room. Savor!

Boats, boat trailers, RVs and other similar upsized cars are not allowed at this complex.

Our top Atlantic Beach vacation rental home tips:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitors guides have money saving offers on local accommodations and attractions.

Selecting the best rental:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Charming studio condo with wifi, pool, cable - just steps from the ocean! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Crystal Coast rental home search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property management company before reserving the rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your group.
  • Are you visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your invoice.

Have a fantastic stay:

  • Add the owner's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Record any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few concerns.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
