213 West Sound of the Sea - Summer Breeze is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo that features astounding surrounding vistas. Appreciate the striking vistas from the Living Area with access to the covered deck with deck furnishings.

The Living Area has a TV. The Kitchen/Bar Area is completely equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, and blender for your convenience.

The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV.

Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, eateries, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no family pets. Wireless Internet Access Included!

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean.   • Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
